About Apes

This Tuesday we had a debit about if human evolved from apes. It reminded me a film called “Rise of the plant of apes”. I think most of has seen this film, so I just give a short introduction to finish my blog. This film first sees good-intentioned scientist Will Rodman doing experiments on genetically enhanced Apes to try and find a cure for Alzheimer's which his father Charles has. He ends up taking home a baby ape that he calls Caeser when its mother dies after being killed by security guards who thought she was going on the rampage while really she was protecting Caeser. Cause Caeser inherit the intelligent from his mother Rodman found that Caeser as clever as human babies. As Caeser grew up he leaded the apes to escape from human`s control and he has get the ability to speak. Meanwhile, the virus which causes apes more clever can make human die. Furthermore, this kind of virus is contagious. At the very end of the film the viruses pervaded the whole world, which means humans will become extinct. And the earth will become the plant of apes. I think this film gives us a lesson that human should grateful to all the beings on the earth. Just like the director say that “this movie is an escape film. It's about a species finding a place where they belong. They're not part of our world; they don't belong in prison, they don't belong in a science laboratory. They belong in a world in which they can adapt and grow. And at the same time, we've made them smarter than they could ever have been. That coupled with the fact that because they're stronger than us, they can therefore become evolved... potentially more evolved than us." So be careful, maybe one day the animals that under our control will rise up and take the place of human.
