My Valentine's Day

This is the photo take by me. So you can know how close I am to my favorite band Mayday.


I have an awesome Valentine's Day on Feb 25th. I assure that I will remember that night for my life time. What on earth happen on that evening? The answer is the concert of Mayday(五月天).
I was my first time to enjoy their concert on live. The concert strengthen my love for them.
I will talk about this concert from several parts.

Firstly,the order of the concert was so good comparing to another concert held the Saturday before that one. I heard this comment from the stuff in Singapore Indoor Stadium. The concert sell Free-standing tickets, that is, you did not have a seat and stand in front of the stage. Consequently, this area is the best area to enjoy the concert. Because of no fixed place for a person, we need to queue outside. Singapore is a highly civilization country, so my friends queue from the entrance from 7:00 am. Besides, I think the stuffs were so considerable. I was upset because I had to attend a major introduction talk and I could leave for the stadium until 2:00 p.m, however, I received a message from my friends that they could help me queue because this is a concert where friends can share with each other and friends should stay together.I was almost in the first row of free standing area, however, comparing with other LIVE experience of mine, it was so amazing that fans never push me, every one was satisfied with their own area. Even Mayday sung rock songs, we jumped again and again, and nobody got hurt during the concert. I still remembered a scene that Mayday threw some balloon to free standing area. We jumped with a highly spirit and tried to touch the balloon.The order was maintained quite well.
Secondly, I was touched by this concert. Mayday is really a excellent band to me. They are well-know in Chinese music field, however, they did not show their pride. They still insisted on the preparation of the whole concert. They designed and planned every part. They make the fans moved as well as a part of performance. People who sat in a fixed seat would get a paper whose color is pure. I thought it was the list of their performance. To my surprise, if every one put out the paper, the man-made rainbow appeared. With their songs, I could not help wetting my eyes. When they sung Zhi Zu(知足), they asked us to open the torchlight function of our hand phones, the singer Ashin said that even the stadium was not in the open air, we could still see the sky and stars. I seemed to be surrounded by thousands of twinkle stars. My eyes were full of tears again. The members of Mayday are straightforward . They said that the reason that they seldom went to Singapore is because they wanted to bring their songs to more people in other areas rather than they were too proud of their achievements.
After twice encore, the concert was ended at midnight. Their songs still appeared on my ears while their figures were on my eyes. I knew it would be a long time before next time I saw them. However, what the concert gave to me will keep in my mind for a long time and I will work hard to realize my dream as their songs sung" I have my own way, I have my own dream".


This is my Valentine's Day, because I met my favorite band Mayday.
I will remember it for ever.
